Refunds & Exchanges:
If something you've ordered isn't quite right, we happily offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the ship date. Simply send an email to notify us of any issues within 1 week of receiving the item, ship it back to us, and once received we will issue the exchange (if it's still in stock!) or store credit . Please note that we do not offer cash back, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
To make a return you can send your merchandise to Stitch & Stone 58 Cedar Street, Sudbury, ON P3E 1A5. Please include the original invoice as well as a note with your reason for return & your email address. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once the return is processed you will receive a code for your store credit via e-mail.
*Please note: If COD charges are incurred when we receive your returned item, the COD cost will be deducted from your store credit total.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS + CODES
On occasion we run sales and gift with purchase promotions. Because our sales are temporary, and not a permanent price change, we are unable to honour any price adjustments. Coupon codes must be entered at time of purchase, no price adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase. Our last chance items are FINAL SALE and no price adjustments can be made.

We do our best to estimate the shipping times, but sometimes the package can be held up by postal service, therefore these are approximate shipping times, but pretty darn close:
Official stance of the post office: 2 weeks or less
In our experience: 1-3 days within Canada
Usually around 1 week for outside of Canada
Continental United States:
Usually around 7 days.
