Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Prices may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery location within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or product information errors
• Suspected fraudulent transactions

If your order is cancelled after payment has been completed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to customers within Canada & the United States. 

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Stitch & Stone is not responsible for shipping delays.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your purchase. If requested within 14 days, you will eligible for a full refund otherwise the final 7 days you will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. For orders picked up in store, the same policy applies from the day your receive your pick up notification.  

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect or you have opted in the Checkout+
