We offer FREE Expedited Shipping with Canada Post on Canadian orders $150 and over (excluding taxes).
All other Canadian orders are expedited via Canada Post with a $15 charge.
You should expect your package within 4-8 business days, from date of ship. All our packages have a tracking number which will be sent to you when the order is shipped.
We also offer a LOCAL PICK UP option for those in and around Greater Sudbury. There is no fee for this option.
All orders to the United States have a flat shipping rate of $24.
All International orders have a flat shipping rate of $65 - However, if it costs less to send (depending on weight and size) you will be refunded the difference. We only charge you the minimum that is required to ship the order.

Please allow up to 2 days for processing. We work on getting all orders out as quick as we can. Anything ordered Friday afternoon or later will not be processed until the following week.

In-store credit & exchange policy
Exchanges & in-store credit are offered if for the very unlikely reason you are unhappy with your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Any return processed after a 14-day period is not eligible for exchange or in-store credit.
Please email your order number, the reason for the return and preference (exchange, credit, or refund) to returns.stitchandstone@gmail.
We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on SALE ITEMS (because you probably got a kick ass deal), lingerie (eww), swimwear (eww).
Stitch & Stone cannot accept a return on any merchandise with visible damages or smells to have been worn! Merchandise that appears to be worn or damaged will be returned to you without a refund at our discretion. Shoes must be returned without visible wear and in the original packaging. Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition (plastic still on, seals still on, tags still on... you get the gist).

We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return & exchange policy requirements.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE.
Our inventory may be subject to change, despite our best efforts to keep inventory accurate. This rarely happens but in the event that it does, you will be notified shortly after placing your order and you will be refunded for the payment amount.
Please note shipping to PO Boxes can cause delays as generally shipments require a signature on delivery. Certain out of range countries/areas not supported by the FedEx network will be shipped with regular express post (5-8 business days).
If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications and use the 'TRACK MY ORDER' feature located on our website.
Please note we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made.
Stitch & Stone is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
Exchanges and Return Policy
Stitch & Stone offers store credits only for purchases made on our website, you can then reorder your correct style, colour and size.
Please note: if an item ordered online is out of stock, a refund for the amount will be issued to you immediately.
You are entitled to an exchange within 14 days of your purchase for a store credit only. Please note that the product must be returned unused and in original packaging including all tags.
Store credits will be issued within 2 to 3 business days upon receiving the exchange items.
A return form is included with all online orders. Please fill out all fields of this form, and include it in your return package so that your store credit can be issued in a timely manner. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All discounted, sale, or items purchased using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Stitch & Stone is not responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange items.
Refunds are not issued unless the item is faulty. If you have a faulty item please make sure you enclose your original invoice (printed off your online order), along with a description of the fault. Once received in our office, the item will be inspected and at our discretion a decision will be made whether to refund or repaid the goods. In this case, we will keep you informed.
