  • 500 points on your birthday

Redeeming Points:

  • 500 Points - $10 off regular priced items
  • 750 Points - Free Shipping
  • 1000 Points - $15 off regular priced items
  • 2000 Points - 10% off regular priced items
  • 3000 Points - 15% off regular priced items
  • 5000 Points - 20% off regular priced items

Referrals: 

Send your friend a $10 off coupon and once they use it, you will receive your own $10 off coupon in your email. This can only be redeemed for online purchases.

Details:

All rewards points are only able to be redeemed on regular priced items. Gift cards, gift boxes and sale items are excluded from our rewards program. Points are earned for every dollar spent and will be removed from your account should you return any items. Once you have spent your points and receive a discount on your purchase, you cannot get your points back, even if you return the items from the redemption order. If you create an account online after opening an account in store, you will unlock more rewards including a birthday discount.

FAQ's

How do I redeem my points online?

 

The first step is logging into your stitch account by clicking on the person icon in the top right corner of the site.

Once logged in, you can click on the "Stitch Rewards" bubble in the bottom right corner. Once you open the tab, you can see the "Your Rewards" button right on the top. When you click here, you can see the eligible rewards. Select the reward you want to redeem and  a promo code will be created. You can copy this code and paste it in the discount tab at checkout. 

Can i use my points on sale items?

No, you can't. Points are only eligible for regular priced items. Gift cards, gift boxes and sale items are not excluded from our rewards program.

If i return my items from the order that I redeemed my points on, do i get those points back?

Unfortunately, no. Once you have spent the points and receive any reward or discount on an order, you will not get those points back. 

Why isn't my birthday rewards showing up?

All birthday's need to be inputted in your account 30 days before your birthday to be eligible to receive those points. If you missed the cut off time, please reach out to our online team at returns@stitchandstone.ca and they'll be able to help you with receiving your birthday points.
