‘Tis the (super busy) season— and we’re keeping our self-care in mind this year. Sometimes it seems the holidays come so quickly, especially when you’re trying to balance life in between.
One of our biggest goals at Stitch & Stone is to be intentional, in everything we do. We feel like this starts with us, and when we are taking care of ourselves, we’re able to fully connect with our babes.
In an effort to try something new and keep self-care in the forefront, we recently had the team from Atlas Chiropractic & Rehabilitation spend the day at the warehouse. This new service in the Sudbury Area was forged by Dr. Kelly Hotta and Dr. Nicholas Bergen, a mobile service providing home and office visits (yes, mobile!)
Since some of our staff had never tried some of the offered services, we kept an open mind towards the treatments Atlas offers. After their quick and easy setup, Dr. Kelly and Dr. Nick were able to sit and provide assessments, and perform a number of services. Our team received assessments, soft tissue therapy, low-level laser therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitative exercises, and educational tips and tricks.
The convenience of Atlas’ practice coming to us really helped our team take a moment to pause and focus inward, especially without the hassle of leaving the warehouse (if we had it our way, Dr. Kelly & Dr. Nick would probably live in our lunch room!)
Not only is this a really cool option for corporate wellness, but could also be an awesome gift for the holidays: who wouldn’t want to receive a home visit to increase mobility and relieve pain?!
We’re so thankful for the experience we had with Atlas. Self-care is always in style, and we’re happy to have partners in the Sudbury community that are creating a space for taking care of ourselves, easily!
